How Can I prevent the "Pin it" Pintrest button from Scolling Over Header?

In the image attached I don't like how the pintrest button won't scroll under the banner like the rest of the text when part of the image is under banner? Is there a way to fix this? 

Add to Design > Custom CSS

div#headerAnnouncementWrapper {
    z-index: 9999999999999999999 !important;
}

It didn't work for me, and it caused the text to show up at the top of the page. I tried pasting it in the page i wanted and the entire site.

Where did you add? It should add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

Now it's working. I thought I did that, but anyway thanks!

This is what I used in 7.1 to make it work if anyone is wondering.

.header {
    z-index: 9999999999999999999
    !important;
}

We can replace .header with certain block id.
