Remove padding between sections

Hi, as you can see in my screenshot I have a text section and then a gallery underneath. 

I wanted to make the padding on the bottom of the text smaller. 

I used code to decrease the bottom padding of the text, and the top padding of the image gallery. I confirmed that the code I was using did effect the padding, however this space still remains. Is there a different, general code I need to use for this?
