Hide item quantity for single product in Cart

Hi,

I'm looking to hide a single items quantity once in the cart. It will only ever be the 'Ticket Protection' product as shown in the screenshot (Circled).

If it helps, this item is in a store of it own away from all other products?

Is this even possible? Any help is greatly appreciated
