How can I have two "homepages" at two different subdomains or "folders"?

Recommended Posts

I have a site, call it organicfruits.com, and I want to be able to direct people to two different homepages depending on which URL I give them. For example, organicfruits.com/apples and organicfruits.com/oranges. Each `/apples` and `/oranges` should have its own folders/pages/content, and apples shouldn't link to oranges and oranges shouldn't link to apples.

I'm happy to set this up as multiple squarespace sites I am paying for, one hosted at /apples and one hosted at /oranges, but is that possible?

Not exactly possible but close. You can create a sub domain that will direct to an additional site, like apples.organicfruits.com as opposed to organicfruits.com/apples.

This guide will give you some info about the use of sub-domains.
