  1. Site URL: http://www.terroir-imports.com Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to make multiple promotional pop-ups that open on different pages? Currently I have the promotional pop-up enabled so that when a new client goes to my website it prompts the client to choose to visit the French or English site. However, I would like to add another promotional pop-up that would only appear in both of my online stores (English and French). Any idea on how to do this? Thanks 🙂 English Online store French Online Store
  2. I'm working with several different organizations that all would like their own personal online store. Do I need to create a different Squarespace site for each one and then pay accordingly? Or, can I use one account and create 5 different/unique sites using that same account? Thanks in advance for all the help!
  3. I'm having trouble finding the answer to this question. I'm building a second location for a client website, and I need to insert a snippet of header code (hreflang tags) on a per-page, per-post basis, both in individual blog posts and individual portfolio pages. Of course there is nowhere to add injection code to these in the page settings panels. Can I just drop a code block onto each post or page, and then label the hreflang code in some way that signals its placement in the header code? Thanks for any help you can offer! –– Cooper
  4. Hello, I want to build a multilingual website, I'm thinking of paying for 2 separate websites and I want to configure them under 2 subdomains as follows: en.website.com (Main site, default language) fr.website.com (Copy of the main site, secondary language) My idea is to finalize the full English version under en.website.com, then go duplicate the full site in one click, then go configure it and translate it into French under fr.website.com. Here are my questions: 1 - Is it possible to configure the main domain website.com to the main site en.website.com? 2 - Is it possible to configure the secondary site under the fr.website.com subdomain? 3 - Does Google consider this structure SEO Friendly? In the end, I want to have 2 sites under 2 subdomains under 1 main domain name. Thanks
  5. Site URL: http://www.olive-groves.com Hi, I need to duplicate an e-commerce website for use in another geographic area. The products and website contents would broadly be the same with some minor differences (eg quantities available, some editorial content may need to be adapted). One obvious solution is to duplicate my website on Squarespace and use a new domain. However, this solution is costly and will require to do future updates on two different websites, which will be burdensome. Is there another approach I could take? Using a third party software? Thanks!
  6. Hi all, Does anyone know of a way/plugin which allows me to manage multiple e-commerce websites (all on SS) through one dashboard? I have a few separate shopfronts but it's getting convoluted needing to go into each one to process the orders . Many thanks in advance, any help greatly appreciated.
  7. Site URL: https://oopsvegan.com I have a multilingual site (English and Spanish), and Google is not recognizing my blog posts with the right language directories. I have set it up as /en/blog/blog-name and es/blog/blog-name, but Google said that the alternate href tags for all of them are oopsvegan.com. I'm wondering if anyone has done the dynamic hreflang on Squarespace before? I'm happy to pay for your time to learn more about this. Thank you so much, Eric.
  8. Hey everyone. I am desperately trying to make my bilingual site. All pages have already been translated and are ready but I really fail to understand how to make a English / French navigation and linking it to the right pages. Right now I can only link one page to the langage button on the Homepage and thats all. I am trying to find a solution without coding as I know nothing of this. Please help me :') Thanks
  9. Hello, we will host multiple websites each belonging to its own product we are going to sell online. Can we somehow use the same commerce dashboard linked with multiple websites? Because all orders are processed by the same people, invoice template is created only once and etc. Thank you!
  10. Site URL: https://lychee-carnation-4cdg.squarespace.com/ Hi! I'm trying to create a multilingual website and everything is working except for the items on folder that are not showing up on mobile. I followed this tutorial: https://www.creationsbyfaria.com/blog/multilingual-site-squarespace Basically I've created every page I need for each language, and I'm using custom CSS on each page to hide the navigation items I don't want to show on a specific language. Everything is working perfectly fine on desktop, but on mobile, on the second and third language, the items on the folder I have are not showing up. I've attached a print of what my Pages look like. The first language is Portuguese, the second English, and the third French. The Products folder is the one I'm having trouble with on Mobile. Basically when I click the folder the options are not visible, but this only on the second and third language. On Portuguese they show up fine. This is the code I'm using on the English Pages to hide the Portuguese and the French ones: <style> #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(1) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(2) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(3) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(4) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(5) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(6) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(7) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(15) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(16) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(17) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(18) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(19) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(20) {display:none} #header .header-nav-item:nth-child(21) {display:none} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(1) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(2) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(3) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(4) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(5) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(6) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(7) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(15) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(16) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(17) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(18) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(19) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(20) {display:none}} @media screen and (max-width:767px){#header .header-menu-nav-item:nth-child(21) {display:none}} What can I do to solve the problem of the folder items not showing on mobile? Thanks a lot! Error Folder Menu.mp4
  11. I have a site, call it organicfruits.com, and I want to be able to direct people to two different homepages depending on which URL I give them. For example, organicfruits.com/apples and organicfruits.com/oranges. Each `/apples` and `/oranges` should have its own folders/pages/content, and apples shouldn't link to oranges and oranges shouldn't link to apples. I'm happy to set this up as multiple squarespace sites I am paying for, one hosted at /apples and one hosted at /oranges, but is that possible?
  12. I'm in the initial stages of designing two websites for a parent brand company that wants ongoing events displayed in a calendar block on each site. These two calendars should be identical (it's essentially two branded venues - a bar and a restaurant - who host public events in their shared space). Is there a way to sync the two different websites' events/calendar blocks so that the client doesn't need to post each event twice, once on each website?
