When using one text box -- how do you use heading 4 and a paragraph size for text on different lines?

I have a title and complementary text below it on a bi-line. How do I use multiple sizes instead of using heading 4 with bold on one and heading 4 unbolded on the other. I want a more defined hierarchy of info by using size.

You can add a Markdown Block >> Paste this syntax

#### this is heading 4 with <span style="size:10px;">small size</span> and <span style="size:50px;">Big Size</span>
