Background Image Hover and Link

Hi,

I'm trying to make an image background work as the link to a page with a hover effect. I have two "posters" that works like i want but the image need to be full bleed and with the image background i can get that. See the webpage "Projects" to see both cases. What I want is to either get the posters to be full bleed width or to make the background images the link image with the hover effect. Any css code for that?
