phone number appears incorrect and keeps changing to random numbers

Our phone number on our website sometimes appears incorrect.

Doesn't appear to be a coding issue.
Saved correctly
even if it is not clickable it still changes 

Please provide advise or recommendations. Can't seem to find the cause. 

What is your url?  Are you using call forwarding via Google Ads?

I'm having the same problem and I don't know how long it's been like that. I just put the numbers on two different lines which is is awkward, but at least now if a client wants to get in touch with me, they'll have the correct number.

Your problem is incorrect phone number or phone appears in 2 lines?

If 2 lines, I think you used enter keyboard so it appears in 2, you try retype the phone
