Add padding to top of site so banner image is sticky to the nav?

This artwork is cut off at the top of the page. and I think maybe adding padding to the top so that it's sticky under the navigation would help.

Does anyone know the code for this, to bump the image down, only on the home page without adjusting the site margins??

Do you know how to shrink the minimum size for the spacing above that image? The extra (light blue) spacer makes the navigation look a little big @tuanphan
