Adding a new font to my site

I am working on version 7.1 with the site address - ww.bloomhomes.com.au

I would like to add a new font to my site called Avenir-Next to use in the paragraphs.

Can I please have some guidance on how to do this?

Upload font to your site & add this to Design > Custom CSS
