Plugin or extension for adding classified ads

I want to make an ad posting website automate the classified ads and they will shown on community ads page after admin approval just like : ilovecreatives.com but i cant able to find the best extension or third party application for this !!! I have tried it to make it by membership works but Can't get the desired output. As It as its basic template to show it listings and filters.

I just need a similar website like  ilovecreatives.com kindly help me . to find the best solution for this.
