parallax Image Effects issues & will Parallax Scrolling ever be a feature on 7.1?

In trying to create a parallax-like home page I used the Image Effect Tilt. It seems however that it only works on the first background image and not consequent ones. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

Alternatively, will Parallax ever become a feature on 7.1? It seems such a normal feature for website nowadays and having that as the only reason to upgrade the website to Business does not sit well with clients.

Hi Wictor, having the same issue, so surprised parallax isn't available on 7.1 and clients are asking for it. Did you find a fix?

Sadly no fix so far. I did notice the Image Effects seem to work perfectly in Firefox, but Chrome, Opera and Edge it seems to only work on the first Image Effect - consequent ones are all static.
