Security Concern

Reviewing the sitemap for my site and noticed a desc that was off. It appears to be from a dentist in VA, however the site I'm managing is for tech engineers. So how did a desc from a dentist from VA arrive on my site? I have no idea and neither does Squarespace support. As a matter of fact, when I asked they prompted ended the session. If Squarespace has a glitch that is swapping information between sites, this sucks for SEO, but also could be a security problem. 

 

Anyone else have this experience?

It is the original demo content from the Squarespace template called Keene, as shown in these screenshots of the template:

Squarespace add demo content to each template starting point to help customers to envision what their website could look like. However if you don't remove this content, it will remain in place and will remain searchable forever. You'll find a number of Squarespace websites still showing this content:
