Aligning column text/images for every screen size

Hello there!

Looking for a bit of assistance with where to go for an issue that I think pops up often here. We are creating our database of profiles on our site and as the screen size changes, the columns fall out of alignment. Hoping to have a way to fix their minimum height perhaps, so that they will line up across the screen equally at all times, until transitioning into the mobile view.
