Button Delay and Visibility

Hey there, 

So our website have this floating button on the center right (Promotion) is there a way to put a delay to that button when scrolling? And how can I also hide the button on a specific page? 

Because it shouldn't show on this page https://www.drmehri-aesthetic.com/booking-undereye-filler

#1. You want it appear after page load about X seconds?
