Replacing 'Add to Cart' Button on Products Page to Enquire Now Form - v7.1 Business Plan

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am attempting to remove the add to cart button in our shop as we would prefer to have our customers contact us to discuss the solution. We are solutions based business and the products listings on the website are more of just a showcase of products that we can supply under our solutions portfolio.

For this, we would like to have an Enquire Now button in place of the Add to Cart button, which would open up a form for the customer to provide their contact details.

Can someone please provide some guidance for this? Or at the very least assist me in removing the Add to Cart button, please?

You didn't provide a link to the site, so it's difficult for us to tell you the best solution. Some templates allow you to disable it within the settings, others will require custom code.

If you're using a Squarespace 7.1 template, or a Brine-family template, we have a pre-built solution available called the Product Enquiry Form extension. It allows you to replace the 'Add to Cart' button with an 'Enquire Now' button. It then automatically includes the product details in the form submission.
