Translating Form

Dear Squarespace Community.

I need to translate my form into a different language.

Because of a previous post

And the code provided by the amazing @tuanphan I can translate the fields of First Name and Last Name.

Can someone please help with how to translate the Form Field Titles as well?

I need to translate firs/last name and  "required" or at least replace it with a "*"
