Custom CSS Side Navigation Carousel Bars With Text

I'm trying to add something similar to what's in the attached image to my site but I'm not sure if it's a Carousel block, a Summary block, or something else. I don't know much about CSS or how to customize it so I'm not sure where to start. Anyone have any idea how to achieve this?

Hi Lisa, this worked for me.

Simply add the following to the section within the code that you want to add the image to

<img src="https://yourimagelink.jpg" alt="Your Tab Name">

If you go to the Css - Manage custom files and click on the image you've uploaded to use, it will give you the "img src" to enter above.

I now need someone to show me how to make this mobile friendly as it doesn't automatically adjust in mobile view.
