Portfolio Grid Hover effect

Hello,

I am using NOVO website template in 7.1 and building my portfolio. I started building pages and saw that the index grid has many problems.

1- In the default state the name of the project is not visible. How do I enable that?

2- On Hover the white semi transparent overlay is so light that the text is hardly readable. How do I change the opacity of the color on hover

Add to Design > Custom CSS

/* Always show title portfolio */
.portfolio-text {
    opacity: 1 !important;
}
/* Add white overlay */
h3.portfolio-title {
    display: inline-block;
    background: rgba(255,255,255,0.5);
}

Hi, I'm also trying to figure this out. I'm also working with this template, and I'd like the whole block to receive the opacity treatment vs. only under where the title text is overlaying each image. Is this possible? Thanks!
