Invert border colour under navigation

Hi,

I've currently got a code for a white line under the primary nav in 7.1 but I want to invert/ or make black on one specific page (Tamaki Drive page) where I have a lighter background.

I tried to target specifically with code below but didn't work

border-bottom: 1px solid #000;
}

Any help would be really appreciated.
