Background video not working on iOS

I recently created a new site through Squarespace with a square muse template and for certain sections the background videos that play automatically (top of "Galleries" and bottom of "Lets do this") on www.astrayphotography.com  only work on Android and desktop versions which over 50% of our clients visit our site via iPhone.

From my conversations with the Squarespace team it appears there is no answer to fix this and recommend using a backup image. Does anyone you have any advice on if this is able to be fixed?
