Increase space between image block and text block?

Hi, I need to decrease the space between the headline of the image and the body text. (the gap btw "Vad vi gör" and "Representerar..." on attached image.

I'm thinking of two methods:

1. Use HTML in a code block. But then I need to know the path to the image. Is there a way to get that information? (the support guy didn't know)

2. Customize it by CSS.
 

Is there another way?
