Is it possible to let members create ad listings on my website? Like a marketplace?

Hi everyone, I would like to create a website with ad listing (a marketplace). On the website people would pay for the right to create an ad listing, then customize it with the product details, and finally publish it.

Is this possible through the combination of the members area and the shop?

I'm new to Squarespace btw so any advice will be greatly appreciated.
