log in and sign up (can I add only sign up for members )

we are considering add the members area in our website. 

below demo website from squarespace for the members ares. I can see the first time login and sign up button both on the top rightside . 

is there anyway that I provide the only sign up ( members area ) without login?

our main structure for our website is providing our visitors only two:

one is can access our webpage with information (without any login or create account)

two is paid program which is throughout members area. 

current members area is working that visitors have to log in ( create account) then sign up ( members area)
