Ive tried putting the anchor link in like normal but it didnt work. Im using the bedford template and the password to the site is "squarespace" Link to comment

Hosh Posted August 4, 2021 Share Posted August 4, 2021 Hello! I will ask this here incase anyone else runs into this. I am on 7.0 and my site is built with pages are indexes of a bunch of sections. I have an anchor link in the footer (/home#book) which links to a code block with (<div id=”book”></div>) and on any page but the home page is does not work on the live site. I found this blog post (https://www.rebeccagracedesigns.com/blog/anchor-links-squarespace) that suggested some code but the code was meant for 7.1 and does not work for me.
