Mobile color showing up different on desktop

I'm working on the mobile version of a website and when I view the mobile version on my desktop, the text is white, which is what I want it to be. However, when I view the site on my phone, the text is showing up black. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? 

You added 2 sections for desktop, mobile. You can check again & change section color

Or You can also add this to Design > Custom CSS
