Adding custom color and space code to a single "projects" menu item.

Hi, I am hoping to change the color and add some padding to one item in my "projects" menu on the homepage. I am attaching a screen shot. I would like to change "WHO WE ARE" to a hex code specific color and add extra padding below that item only. Can any help me out? Thanks for your time!
