Commerce problem with inventory display

I am setting up my site and cannot get all the items in my inventory to appear in the store.  I can find no difference between how the 2 items that do display correctly are set up differently than the 3 items that will not display at all.  What am I doing wrong?  How do I fix this?

No, they are not hidden.  They are all set as visible.
