Post-Submit Ordinality

Hi

I was wondering if it was possible to program a Post-Submit Message on a Form Block to say something along the lines of "You are first/second/third/etc. in the queue" according to when a person fills out that form? So that (for example) the first person to press Submit on that specific form would be able to see that they are first. 

If not possible with the Post-Submit Message function, could it be possible to use a Post-Submit Redirect with a certain link to a webpage (doesn't have to be on my domain or on Squarespace), which in effect does the same thing so that the first person to click that link will see a webpage telling them that they're first in line?
