Changing block order on mobile site

Hi all,

On my new webpage, my website has swapped some of the blocks order:

The text should be first, then the image and then the button, but nothing seems to be working for me. I'm not even fussed specifically about the order as long as there's some consistency.

Any help on resolving this will be hugely appreciated
