Setting Up Google Conversion for Form Opt In

Hey there,

I've set up my Google ads, but I'm not sure how to track certain type of conversions. I'm trying to track conversions as whenever a visitor puts in their contact info on my form submission. Does anyone know any links to videos or steps I can do to be able to track those as conversions? I want to maximize conversions in my ads but I don't know how to set it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
