Trying to upload an image as a cover to a Portfolio, but keep getting "Error Code 400" ...

Good Evening all,

I keep trying to upload an image, from my MacBook Pro, as a cover to a new Portfolio (street & travel) on my site, but I keep getting this error (please see attached photo); and for the life of me I can't seem to find out what that means.

Trying shortening the filename of the photo.  I downloaded an image off the web with a really long filename and this happened.  Shortening the filename of the .jpg worked for me.

Thanks a lot ! I had an error but without any code and turns out it was just about renaming the file. Would be interesting to indicate it in the interface. 

I changed my file name to a number. I'm still getting the same error message. 

it was a file size error for me. exported to a smaller size using preview (or photoshop) and it uploaded perfectly. 

Tried everything. Not a single image from my computer will upload without getting a 400 error. It basically makes my site look terrible if I can't upload this!

@bernhot As frustrating as it might be, it could simply be a glitch with the platform. I would take a break and try again in a little bit. You can also reach out to customer care.
