I am trying to embed a selfhosted video into my squarespace site, help

I am trying to figure out how to embed my self hosted video : http://futurebars.com/fishcam

into my squarespace site, any help would be amazing..

I am using ffmpeg to generate rtsp to hls video that is then loaded into videojs

If I can display the RTSP/RTMP or any OBS generated feed another way I am happy to do this... I tried via youtube and facebook, but 24/7 video streaming isnt allowed
