Make Homepage a Shop Category Page?

Hi there - I'm trying to make the homepage of this site my site be a category shop page. 

This is the site: https://www.289andahalf.com/

And I'd like for this page to be the homepage: https://www.289andahalf.com/all/current-stock

Because this is a category page, I don't have the standard option to apply it as my homepage from the editor view. Is there a way to do this with custom code? Ideally I'd also love to remove "All" (which is my general Shop title) from the nav bar. Any help would be much appreciated! 

Q1. You can add Summary Block on homepage.

Q2. Add to Design > Custom CSS
