Carson Template - how to adjust font size of Page Title & Page Description

Could someone point me to where I can set the font size for the page title and page description in the Carson template?
For a specific example visit this page: https://www.ericfoos.com/gng

I would like to reduce the size of the page title "Gnomes & Goblins" by about 50%, and reduce the description text by about 10%.

Add to Design > Custom CSS
