Footer newsletter block formatting for mobile

HI Guys,

Currently, the email input button is overlapped with the "sign up" button. Also, the "sign up" text should be centered and the "email address" text should be floated on the left.

Can you guys please help me how to fix this issue?  Thank you so much in advance! 

Here's code I added for the mobile version of the site.
