Keeping category navigation on all pages

Hello all! I was hoping to get help with custom CSS to keep the category navigation on all pages, instead of the "All/" text link. Thanks for your help!

I tried to look at your site, and while I can open the main page, any of the category pages ask me for a password and it isn't the one you gave. Check out my discussion towards the end of How to add text to a product page (squarespace.com) - no custom CSS needed. (Ignore what I wrote early in the thread.)
