Show "quantity select" only some products

I removed the "quantity select" feature from my products site-wide, but I need to add it back for just one product. Does anyone know if thats possible?

Thanks, Tuan. Its "Add On Mini Cakes" in the Design your own Package Store

I tried to add quantity as a variant but thats not a great solution, so bringing back the quantity drop-down here is preferred.

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

    display: block !important;
}
