Mobile Usability > Content wider than screen

Google is sending me notifications that my usability is compromised because of "Mobile Usability, Content wider than screen." It's just a template. A tiny bit of CSS changing, but the template stayed in tact as far as I can tell.

What is the best way to fix this? Thanks, A
