Reduce/remove padding

Hi,
I have tried adding different kinds of code mentioned in previous threads regarding padding to the Custom CSS but can't make it work.

How can i Reduce/remove the padding of in this space:

I tried identifying the page id using the chrome inspector finding "5f61da153e727047e0a8b265" and then added variations of:

[data-section-id="5f61da153e727047e0a8b265"] .content-wrapper {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
}

with no luck.

Add to Home > design > Custom CSS

    padding-top: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}

    display: none;
}
