Changing the font of form submit button

Have been able to change the code for the form fields and captions but need to change the font for the buttons. I also need to add floating arrows that indicate there's more below. 

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

    font-family: Porsche-next;
}

Is there a way to add a floating scroll indicator? I dont want a back to top button, just a floating arrow that indicates there's more content below.
