Change nav bar height

I am trying to make the nav strip at the top of the page thinner.

I have used this:

Password is dunnedesign

#header .header-inner {
 padding-top: 0px;
 padding-bottom: 0px;
}

However this is as thin as that goes how can i remove the padding further so its tighter to the logo?

.header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    padding: 1.5vw 4vw!important;
}
