How to switch the order of specific blocks on mobile

Hello there, I've tried css of @media screen and (max-width:767px) {
div#page-section-5ef177e3cc65d8443616c06a>.row {
    display: flex;
    flex-direction: column-reverse;
}
}
on my site, but it's not working for me,

this is of section full-screen on Chrome looks like this,

is this right? and which plan do you use? (Personal or Business or Commerce)
