Replacing Shopping Cart Icon with Text

Hello,

I'm trying to have my Shopping Cart icon replaced by text saying : "Shopping Bag (qty)" – styled the same way as the nav links – but keeping the default Shopping Cart icon for the mobile version only.

Is that possible?
