Custom CSS Not Working

I'm trying to do a full width Instagram feed and I've tried a few different codes now and nothing is working. It seems like my Custom CSS is not working at all.

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

Worked but I accidentally forgot to save changes and now when I try it again, it doesn't work anymore.
