Image description over 2 lines

Hi,

Currently creating a site, I would like to be able to write the description of my images over 2 different lines.

1st line : Name of the photo

2nd line : Number of the photo as I use a Summary with Slideshow simple.

I sent a request to SquareSpace, they suggest using custom code to slipt up the text over several lines. I don't find the right code.
