Gallery SEO while hidden / deactivated

Hi lovely people!

I made a gallery page for my nature photography to add tags, categories, etc. (this page is deactivated and hidden in search engines).

Same gallery is linked on the following page which is activated and shown in search engines: https://www.juergenhofmann.com/naturfotografie

So my question is, since the original gallery page is deactivated / hidden, are the SEO improvements (tags, categories, alt-texts, etc.) still recognized by google, or do I have to have my original gallery page also set as active / shown for the SEO improvements to be recognized?
