How to add/reduce padding to text in Mobile Site Home Page

Hello, 

I am trying to move the text on the home page '2049 Quarantine Out Now Tap To Stream' higher on the page than it is - currently when it loads it's in the bottom half, and i'd like it to be in the top half so it looks more like an announcement. Does any one know how to adjust this without changing the placement of the text on the desktop site?

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS
