Conditional Form Redirect

Hello,

I am fairly new in the Squarespace field, but am familiar with web builders. I am currently working with a friend to build his site out and one of the features we need to implement is a "conditional survey redirect". 

Example: Form (survey) has a small series of questions, and based on how the consumer answers the general survey, we can redirect / recommend "product a," "product b," or "product c." Simlar to how curology.com functions.

Would we be able to use a custom code to achieve this?
