jsquared
Site URL: https://www.jsquarednaturals.com I'm looking for a way to add an accordion menu to a product page to create expandable drop-downs with additional information about the product. We're a candle and fragrance company, so I'd like to have the standard product details block, but then add an accordion menu underneath that allows consumers to get additional details, such as the fragrance notes, care instructions, etc. Currently that information is written out in the additional information block and it creates a somewhat cluttered space (see: https://www.jsquarednaturals.com/therapeutic-candles/upliftandinvigorate) I've seen a TON of help for how to create an accordion or markdown on a standard page (eg a FAQ or blog post), however when I've tried to do code injection on the product page, only Header and Footer sections are available (we're using the Brine template). Unsurprisingly, the effort failed terribly when I tried to post in one of those! I'm not completely coding illiterate (extremely rusty? yes...), but could definitely use some help. I'm a little surprised I'm not finding this question already asked either here or via a google search, which makes me feel it's either really easy (and I'm missing it) or impossible. I'm not sure which category this fits best, so I've posted here and in the Content section. Thank you! Edited May 1, 2020 by jsquared Becs and truckingitup 2 Link to comment

midwicket
Hi both, the following instructions helped add an Accordion Section to the Product Page. Worked for me (I added it in the Additional Info section).https://www.kayleighnoele.com/blog/how-to-install-a-faq-dropdown-accordion-in-squarespace Link to comment
